Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included.
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

• Antique Collectibles
• Fine Art & Artwork
• Custom or Personalized Jewelry
• Special Order Items
• Gift Cards
• Clearance or Final Sale Items

Due to the unique nature and collectible value of these items, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for eligible jewelry items only.

Antique jewelry, artwork, and custom pieces are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

For security purposes, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance for high-value items.
